'Mistresses' season 4 episode 12 spoilers: How will April break news to Marc? Karen meets Adam's parents?

April will have a hard time breaking the news to Marc in the upcoming episode of "Mistresses" season 4. On the other hand, Karen might be meeting Adam's parents. Are they taking their relationship to the next level?

In Monday's episode 11 titled "Fight or Flight," Joss (Jes Macallan) drops a bomb on Harry (Brett Tucker) by telling him, "I can't do this. I can't do us. I don't think that we should get married." Of course, she said those words in a moment of panic after Harry found her stash of pilfered anxiety meds. She then went on to say that Harry abandoned her during the most harrowing time of her life, when she had to testify against her assailant.

The episode likewise saw Karen (Yunjin Kim) finally firing her nanny Lydia for posing as her in an online dating website. In the process, she also ended up dumping Adam, claiming, "You didn't see me—you saw a cheat sheet!" However, she realizes later on that she was being daft and ends up leaving an apology for Adam. In the end, though, she and Adam get back together, with the latter telling her he loves her.

Meanwhile, April (Rochelle Aytes) tries to get Marc back, inviting him to the house she's filled up with candles and music wafting through the air. She apologizes for being so grouchy to him almost whole season long, saying, "I will keep my mouth shut," perhaps on Marc's shortcomings. However, Marc heard the hollow compromise.

"Even if you don't say it out loud, don't you think I can hear you?" he tells her. "I can't carry the weight of disappointing you, too," he adds, before leaving the house.

However, before the episode ended, April discover two pink lines on her pregnancy test kit. So yes, she's pregnant, and now, she doesn't know how to tell Marc she's carrying his baby.

On Monday's episode 12 titled "Back to the Start," the tension between Kate (Tabrett Bethell) and Joss will be palpable but only until such time that Kate learns the truth about what happened to Scott. On the other hand, Karen will be meeting Adam's parents, but trouble comes in the form of Lydia attempting to commit suicide right in front of her.

In the meantime, April will have to find the perfect timing to break her news to Marc. Nevertheless, it looks like something else that's just as good reached Marc first after he gets some great news about his career.
