What could be the most powerful GPU ever released by NVIDIA has just been announced at SIGGRAPH in Anaheim, California. The company recently revealed the Pascal-based NVIDIA Quadro P6000. The upcoming graphics card is said to be more powerful than the recently unveiled GTX Titan X and the popular GTX 1080. It is packed with 3840 CUDA cores and 12 TFLOPs, which can improve computer performance on so many levels.
NIVIDIA's plan to develop the new Quadro P6000 is not solely for video gaming. The impressive GPU unit is made to improve workstations' performance. People who would want to achieve better multimedia performance on their device can certainly take advantage of this graphics card. Basically, the Quadro P6000 is designed for hardcore video editing and high-level CAD applications.
According to a report by PC World, not only does the new Quadro P6000 has more CUDA cores and TFLOPs than the GTX Titan X, it has a bigger memory at 24 GB of GDDR5X compared to 12 GB GDDR5 of the GTX Titan X.
