Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) has resurfaced in Regina's (Lana Parilla) life through the wish realm. Will the two finally have a shot at a happy ending? Meanwhile, the show will dive into two other alternate realities when it returns with episode 11.

Previously in "Once Upon a Time" season 6, the Evil Queen (Lana Parilla) wished to Jasmine's (Karen David) magic lamp for Emma's (Jennifer Morrison) desire to never have been the savior to come true, which brought Emma and Regina to an alternate reality called the wish realm.

Just when they were about to go back to the present Storybrooke, Robin Hood appears and Regina and Emma fail in leaving the wish realm.

In the promo for episode 11 titled "Tougher Than The Rest," Regina is seen asking Robin Hood if he would be willing "to take a chance on a new story," to which he replies, "A new story sounds pretty good to me." Could Regina and Robin finally have their deserved happy ending?

Executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz shared with Entertainment Weekly how Regina will be affected by Robin's return.

"This character that we're meeting isn't the same Robin Hood who we know. But because he also is sort of a version of that Robin Hood, it clearly has a deep impact on Regina. In the spring premiere, you'll see that that becomes a huge part of her story, and in effect, Emma and everyone else as well," explained Kitsis.

Kitsis added that their story will dig deeper into Regina's wounds from losing Robin and that she will be able to explore her own self. This could lead Regina towards the path of having happiness with Robin.

Aside from the wish realm that proposes a very different alternate reality for the people of Storybrooke, another dimension that the show will explore is the dark realm where the Black Fairy (Jaime Murray) resides in and where Gideon (Giles Matthey) was brought.

According to Kitsis and Horowitz, the dark realm is a doomed place where things like time don't work there.

"We intend to explore what that realm is, and see a little bit more of it, and learn more about Black Fairy as we go forward," Horowitz shared.

"Once Upon a Time" season 6 returns on March 17, 2017 on ABC.
