'Once Upon a Time' season 6 episode 11 spoilers: Rumple and Belle to get back together?

There is a big chance that Rumple (Robert Carlyle) and Belle (Emilie de Ravin) will get back together again when the series returns. Meanwhile, Gideon's (Giles Matthey) reasons in wanting to killing Emma (Jennifer Morrison) will soon be revealed.

Previously in "Once Upon a Time" season 6, Rumple and Belle found out that their newborn son, Gideon, was taken by the Black Fairy (Jaime Murray) to a dark realm where time does not exist. Then, it was later revealed that Gideon will be the man in the hood to kill Emma, as foreseen in the prophecy.

Because of this, Rumple and Belle will reunite to find take back their son from the Black and Fairy. They will also try and prevent him from becoming the dark character that will kill the Savior that is Emma.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis shared where the show's storyline is headed, including Rumple and Belle's fate.

"I think the path for Rumple and Belle has been rocky, it has been tortuous, but sometimes things bring us together in unexpected ways," Kitsis said.

"Despite all of his love for power and addiction to magic, there is a deep abiding love for Belle in there as well, and he's always in conflict because of that. That's the glimmer of hope that has not died out and is kind of the root of that relationship," Horowitz added.

The two has not sided for the same cause for a long time now, and getting back their son might be the key in finding love in each other's arms again.

Meanwhile, grown up Gideon is set on killing the Savior. As seen from the episode 11 promo, Gideon has indeed returned from the dark realm and is seeking to kill Emma for a long time already. Fans are left wondering what reason would Gideon have for him to want to kill the Savior.

"There's more to the reveal than everything you see in the winter finale. It's a story that is only just beginning, and becomes an important part of the second half of the season," Horowitz explained.

"Once Upon a Time" season 6 returns on March 17, 2017 on ABC.
