'Once Upon a Time' season 6 spoilers: Belle to wake up; Will she have a pleasant reunion with Rumplestiltskin?

The Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) is back in "Once Upon a Time." | ABC

"Once Upon a Time" season 6 has yet to premiere on ABC later this year but fans are already indulging in and analyzing the rather many bits, pieces and points from the possible storyline of the upcoming season. One character that is coming back with certainty is Belle (Emilie de Ravin) and she will bear with her some surprises.

The imminent sixth season will most likely witness the sleeping curse cast on Belle dwindle and be completely lifted, although the potential ways for it to vanish are only theories. One of these is that Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) will be left with no other option but to turn to dark magic in order to wake the one person important to him from an unimaginably eternal sleep. He will also take the responsibility of saving Belle's unborn child with him.

According to co-creator Eddy Kitsis during his interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Belle who was hexed into perpetual sleep in season 5 will play a "pivotal role" in the next season. It has yet to be known though if she will take Rumplestiltskin back in her life and their child's when she wakes.

Meanwhile, "Once Upon a Time" season 6 will still see a circus of villains trying to curtail the main characters' happiness and curb peace, if not end the heroes' lives, in Storybrooke.

The Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) has been unleashed from Regina's persona during the finale episode of the fifth season and is expected yet again to spread terror in the land of the heroes.

Co-creator Adam Horowitz told The Entertainment Weekly, although without so much specific details, that familiar faces are to grace the "Once Upon a Time" scenes again such as Maleficent (Kristin Bauer van Straten) and her daughter Liuly (Agnes Bruckner).

Mr. Hyde the Warden (Sam Witwer), who has been introduced in season 5, is one prominent villain in the forthcoming season with the intentions of bringing in characters from the Land of Untold Stories to Storybrooke in order for their stories to be voiced out and finally heard.

Despite all the troubles, dread and harms beleaguering the heroes, there might still be room for some celebration in the event that Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Hook (Colin O'Donoghue), who sealed season 5 with a passionate kiss, tie the knot in season 6.

"Once Upon a Time" season 6 is coming back to the small screens in the fall.
