'One Piece' chapters 842 spoilers: Luffy defeats Cracker; will Sanji finally be saved?

"One Piece" is a long-running manga series written by Eiichiro Oda and has been serialized on the "Weekly Shounen Jump" magazine since 1997. | Viz official website

When this week's chapter of the Japanese manga series "One Piece" ended, the Vinsmokes were headed off to the Whole Cake Chateau for the engagement gift exchange, Chopper and Carrot were seen all over Whole Cake Island running inside Brûlée's Mirror World, and Luffy had just sent Cracker off to the ends of the new world.

It also featured one touching episode in Sanji's past wherein it was revealed that his chivalrous, do-or-die will to protect women had been inculcated into his morals by the pirate chef, Zeff. The Vinsmokes were now also on their way to meet with the Charlottes, and Reiju had just told her brother Sanji that fixing his face was all the help she could give him.

But there may still be hope for Sanji's salvation. After gorging on Cracker's biscuit army to the point where he could no longer take another bite, Luffy activated a new form of his Fourth Gear, dubbed as the Tankman Full Version. Then he finally defeated Totto Land's Minister of Biscuit.

Indeed, chapter 842 titled "The Power of Fullness" saw more action in one issue than its predecessors from the past weeks had to offer. "One Piece" fans are mostly pleased with Luffy's new gear form and the hilarious way with which the epic 11-hour fight ended.

Meanwhile, Chopper and Carrot's plight inside Brûlée's Mirror World were seen all over the mirrors in Whole Cake Island, which may have just corroborated speculations about the Straw Hat crew possibly exploiting Brûlée's Mirror World to get around the island and save Sanji.

Anoter source also cited the possibility of Sanji's intended bride, Charlotte Pudding, stepping up to stop the wedding herself.

It will take fans a while to find out what happens next since "One Piece" will be on break for one issue of the "Weekly Shounen Jump" as per the author's note at the end of the most recent chapter.
