'One Punch Man' season 2 spoilers, premiere date: Saitama to return next year, set to fight a worthy opponent
Fans who enjoyed the first season of "One Punch Man" for the action and the humor will not be disappointed in season 2 but will actually be blown away, at least based on the reports about the upcoming season.
Viewers have witnessed the incredible strength of Saitama, who is so strong that he finishes a battle with just one punch. This will not be the case in "One Punch Man" season 2.
For the first time since he decided to train to be a hero for fun, Saitama will meet a worthy opponent that will quench his thirst for a real brawl and exchange.
This is all thanks to the arrival of Garou, a villain who uses his immense power for evil. He and Saitama will come face to face in "One Punch Man" season 2, and it is imagined to make for one of the most action-packed fight scenes yet.
Garou is the first person expected to live through a punch from Saitama so their confrontation will last after the yellow-clad hero lands the first blow.
Rumor has it that Garou might be the adversary of Saitama to hand him his first ever loss although Saitama is not expected to be all that bummed out as he might be blinded by the prospect of having to fight someone whose strength can last him a while in a real fight.
Garou will not be the only one to challenge Saitama in "One Punch Man" season 2 as more heroes and villains are expected to cross paths with the bald hero.
"One Punch Man" season 2 is expected to premiere next year. Reports have it that it will feature more episodes although there is no word from Madhouse Entertainment about that yet.
A mobile game will also be released to usher the return of the hero although details are scarce about that project as well.
