The wait for the fresh episodes of "Outlander" is not yet over, but the cast members are starting to open up about the developments of season 3.

In a series of Twitter posts, actor Richard Rankin shared a few tidbits about the upcoming season of the popular historical fantasy series by answering some of the fans' questions.

One of the questions asked during his brief Twitter Q&A session was about his thoughts while working with Caitriona Balfe and Sophie Skelton, who were portraying the roles of mother-and-daughter Claire and Brianna Randall/Fraser, respectively.

Rankin claimed that he was very contented to work with the two actresses, even if he has yet to work with other male actors in the series.

When asked if he already has a grasp of his character Roger Wakefield in the series even if he only appeared in season 2 for a short time, the actor stated that he is still learning more about his character together with the viewers. However, he refused to reveal more details about the production of season 3.

Meanwhile, Sam Heughan teased that they have already filmed the highly anticipated print shop scene for the third season of "Outlander" through his own Twitter account.

Fans of Diana Gabaldon's book series on which the show was based were eagerly waiting for the print shop scene to unfold, since will bring Sam's character Jamie Fraser and Balfe's Claire back into each other's arms.

But instead of giving specific details about the print shop scene, Heughan posted a meme of a cat struggling in front of a printer as a joke.

This means that fans of "Outlander" must wait until Starz released the upcoming episodes for season 3 sometime in 2017. But the network has yet to announce the official premiere date of the show at the moment since filming is still underway.
