'Pokémon Sun and Moon' release date news 2016: The Pokémon Company to announce Iwanko and Nekkoala on July 1?
Many fans got excited when the upcoming video game, "Pokémon Sun and Moon" was announced by The Pokémon Company. Players could no longer wait for it to come out as the game publisher has done a good job hyping up the game before its official rollout in November this year.
Although the company has not provided fans many details regarding the game, it adds up to the anticipation which resulted in several rumors and speculations. However, according to the latest reports, The Pokémon Company is said to be providing concrete details about the upcoming title on July 1. Many fans are eager to know what the announcement is all about as rumors suggest that the company may issue a big revelation during that day.
In a report by GameSpot, The Pokémon Company has already provided the schedule of the reveal on Friday. The presser will start 6 a.m. PST or 9 p.m. EST on July 1. The event will also be shown in the U.K. at 2 p.m. in the same day. Although nothing has been reported yet as to what fans might expect from the event, there are already speculations suggesting that the company will introduce additional Pokémon characters, along with its skills.
According to a report by iDigital Times, the publication predicts that The Pokémon Company will provide more details about the two new Pokémon, Iwanko and Nekkoala. The two characters were leaked by the Japanese magazine CoroCoro during their June issue.
Meanwhile, 9 Pokémon characters have already been revealed to the fans since the announcement of "Pokémon Sun and Moon." These are Rowlet, Litten, Grubbin, Popplio, Yungoos, Lunala, Magearna, Pikipek and Solgaleo. If The Pokémon Company decides to announce Iwanko and Nekkoala at the July 1 event, they will be added to the list.
"Pokémon Sun" and "Moon" have already been scheduled for a Nov. 18 release in the U.S.
