"Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" have been released for a while now and a lot of fans have been enjoying the games. But collecting all the creatures in the games is not an easy task because some Pokémon require a special condition in order to evolve.

There are a lot of items that can be used in "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" in order to evolve the creatures. For instance, the Dawn Stone is a rare item that has the capability to evolve a male Kirlia to Gallade and a female Snorunt to Froslass. Reports mention that Clampearl can evolve depending on the type of item that it is holding. It will evolve into Huntail if it is traded while holding the Deep Sea Tooth, and on the other hand it will transform to Gorebyss when it is traded while holding the Deep Sea scale.

Dusk Stone can also evolve a handful of Pokémon. It can turn Murkrow into Honchkrow. The item allows Misdreavus to evolve into Mismagius while it can transform Doublade into Aegislash. Another type of Pokémon that the Dusk Stone can transform is Lampent, where it would evolve into Chandelure.

There are other Pokémon that can evolve depending on the time of the day while holding an item. Sneasel can evolve into Weavile as long as it is holding Razor Claw while levelling up. The same goes with Happiny where it needs to be levelled up during the day while carrying the Oval Stone. Razor Fang is also an item that will evolve Gligar into Fliscore while equipped, but he must be levelled up during the night as well.

"Pokémon Moon" and "Pokémon Sun" were released on Nov. 18 in some regions while it was launched in Europe on Nov. 23 exclusively for Nintendo 3DS.
