'Pretty Little Liars' season 7 spoilers news: Are Liars doomed to explode in car with ticking bomb?
"Pretty Little Liars" season 7 is still a few episodes short of its summer finale, but already, the Liars have been to hell and back. Moreover, the girls' quandaries are not showing any signs of let-up.
Things were off to a wonderful start for episode 6 titled "Wanted: Dead or Alive." After a cliffhanger, "Ezria" finally happened. Apparently, Aria (Lucy Hale) was hesitant to accept Ezra's (Ian Harding) proposal because she was afraid he wouldn't be able to stomach her secrets. However, not even the fact that Aria was an accessory to Elliot Rollins' (Huw Collins) murder and cover-up could deter Ezra from his desire to marry her. So, she said yes.
Episode 6 likewise shed light on Jenna Marshall's (Tammin Sursok) connection to Elliot (Alison's "presumed dead" husband) and Charlotte DiLaurentis (Vanessa ray). It turned out she was a friend of Charlotte's, the same one who introduced her to Elliot, which is actually a fake name for Archer Dunhill. Jenna told Alison (Sasha Pieterse) that it was Charlotte whom Elliot really loved and he only used Alison to vouch for Charlotte, so the judge would grant her release from the institution.
The episode ended with the mysterious death of Sara Harvey (Dre Davis), who was found bloodied in the shower. It looks like she was murdered for being "secretly" on the Liars' side all along.
In Tuesday's episode titled "Original G'A'ngsters," Jason DiLaurentis (Parker Bagley) would arrive in time to save his sister Alison from their aunt, Mary Drake (Andrea Parker). In the promo trailer below, Jason warns his aunt to "get the hell off" his property.
It also looks like the Liars would continue to struggle with the consequences of "killing" Elliot Rollins a.k.a. Archer Dunhill. Someone is still calling his burner phone, which is in Hanna's (Ashley Benson) possession, and implying that he knows what the Liars did. Could Elliot/Archer still be alive?
More importantly, would the Liars survive the mess they've gotten themselves into when the trailer shows them trapped in a vehicle planted with a ticking bomb?
Answers will come when "Pretty Little Liars" airs on Aug. 9, Tuesday, at 8 p.m. ET on Freeform.
