With three full downloadable contents (DLCs) and one more upcoming, developers still promise to bring another year of more DLCs for the "Rainbow Six Siege" gamers.

In a social media post via the game's official Twitter page, developers said, "The past year has been an incredible journey, and we are excited to have you join us for another full year of content!"

The announcement came in with only few days left before the fourth DLC called "Operation Red Crow" goes live.

"Rainbow Six Siege" is a first-person shooter game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and was published by its mother company. Players of the game assume the position of a commander of a counter-terrorist unit called the Rainbow team. The game was released in December 2015.

Within less than a year developers kept the hype for "Rainbow Six Seige" through keeping the promise of a seasonal DLC.

After its release in December, developers have released the "Operation Black Ice" in February, which featured two new Operators, new weapons, abilities and game add-ons. The two operators introduced under the "Operation Black Ice" DLC are the attacking operator Sébastien "Buck" Côté who has medium-capacity armor with a shotgun called Skeleton Key and the defending operator Tina "Frost" Lin Tsang and uses a mechanical trap called Welcom Mat that can seriously injure her enemies.

The following season DLC is "Operation Dust Line" released in May and also featured two new operators, Craig "Blackbeard" Jenson on the attack and Meghan J. "Valkyrie" Castellano for the defensive end, a new map called Border, five new weapons and more game features and upgrades. Following it was "Operation Skull Rain" released in July.

Like the previous DLCs, "Operation Skull Rain" also brought in a new map called Favelas and was described by Ubisoft, "Mixing colorful and narrow streets with high vantage points, this map supports exterior shell destruction which renders it as the most destructible to date." The new attacking operator is Vicente "Capitão" Souza and the defender operator is named Taina "Caveira" Pereira, who has the Silent Step skill to sneak up and extract information from the enemies.

The last season DLC for this year is expected to come this week and is titled "Operation Red Crow." The upcoming DLC will feature two new operators from the Japanese Special Assault Team and a new map called Skyscraper.
