'Red Dead Redemption 2' release date news: PS now offers 'Red Dead Redemption' streaming service next week
"Red Dead Redemption 2" is scheduled to be released in 2017 and it is expected as a sure-fire hit. The franchise was able to gather more than 13 million players, making it one of the most popular games in the gaming world.
The release of "Red Dead Redemption 2" comes with several perks, including the opportunity for Xbox One players to enjoy the game without any additional cost. There are also convenient subscription service options that only require a $19.99 monthly fee or $44.99 for three months.
Gaming enthusiasts believe that Sony made a good move to reach out to the players who cannot buy the title and console. However, the service is only available in limited countries like the United Kingdom, North America, Belgium and the Netherlands.
These offers have been previously announced by Rockstar Games about the "Red Dead Redemption" PlayStation Now version. With Sony streaming the game service, more players will be able to play the game on different devices, including PC and PlayStation 4 (PS4) platforms. This good news for PC players since the title was never made available for the platform.
The "Red Dead Redemption" on PS Now is the one that was launched for PS3. Aside from the initial title, the "Undead Nightmare" downloadable content (DLC) can also be played. The expansion features a zombie-themed setting, in which players are to enjoy a multiplayer more in a Horde-style gameplay.
There are more than 450 games in PS Now that are up for grabs, aside from "Red Dead Redemption." Its second installment's official trailer has already been released and it promises an interesting gameplay with unknown characters and animals in the scene. As revealed by Rockstar Games, the game is slated for a 2017 release for PS4 and Xbox One.
While "Red Dead Redemption 2" is still baking, players are currently having a great time with the "Undead Nightmare," which came for PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
