'Revenge' Season 4 Episode 6 Spoilers: Will Charlotte Step Off the Dangerous Road She's On?
This early on, fans of "Revenge" are betting on whether or not Charlotte (Christa B. Allen) will live.
Season 4's episode 6 ("Damage") airing on Sunday, Nov. 2 over ABC is expected to provide the answers. At this point, it does look like the answers that will come will not be too pleasant for those who are still hoping for Charlotte to live.
It will take a lot of nerve on the part of the producers, though, to kill off a character like Charlotte who has managed to keep the attention of viewers riveted for some time.
For that, credit has to go to the writers, especially for episode 5's ("Repercussions") nearly breath-stopping scene when Charlotte was shown getting into a cab with a man who happened to sport the same crescent tattoo as that on the man who tried to kill David Clarke (James Tupper).
It is hinted in the official promo spoiler, however, that Charlotte will get entangled in more intriguing and heavily dramatic lows that do not include getting involved with a new and dangerous admirer.
Sometimes, these twists and turns do work miracles in terms of sustaining audience interest. But at the rate the Charlotte story arc is going, there doesn't seem to be much wiggle room anymore for being sympathetic towards the character. This explains the expectation from some fans that she will soon be taken off the show.
As for Emily (Emily VanCamp), she thinks that Charlotte won't be able to get herself off and out of the dangerous road she's on, and will simply continue going down, to be destroyed in the end.
Meanwhile, Nolan Ross (Gabriel Mann) and Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe) are trying to out-scheme each other. David and Nolan are going to have a "very public reunion" (as given in ABC's public summary).
Meanwhile, if you're curious about whether "Damage" will be Charlotte's swan song episode, don't forget to tune in on Sunday, Nov. 2.
