With its upgraded design, the Galaxy S6 no longer relies on plastic but has a premium metal frame along with Gorilla 4 glass on its back panel. As for the Xperia Z4, it looks similar to its predecessor, the Z3, and has an aluminum frame along with a glass back panel. It comes in four colors: copper, aqua green, white, and black. Unlike the Galaxy S6, the Experia Z4 is waterproof, which means it can safely be immersed into a depth of 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes.

The Galaxy S6 beats other smartphones in terms of speed, thanks to its Exynos 7420 chipset, which is coupled with an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz, four Cortex-A57 cores clocked at 2.1 GHz, and a Mali-T760MP8 GPU. Compared to this, the Xperia Z4 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset, and a CPU with four Cortex-A53 cores, four Cortex-A57 cores, and an Adreno 430 GPU.

Price

The 32 GB version of the Galaxy S6 costs $199 with a two-year contract, while the Sony Xperia Z4 could cost $900 without a contract once it is released in the United States.
