Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 release date and specs rumors: Next gen tablet to arrive in July?

There are several rumors circulating all over the internet suggesting that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will arrive in July. Tech observers predicted that the South Korean tech giant will launch a new model exactly a year after its predecessor was unveiled.

Popular tech tipster, Evan Blass posted a rendered photo earlier this month, which he claimed to be the next Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. The image was posted on his Twitter account, which he urged fans to comment if it looks to be the next Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. The image shows 2 similar devices in two different colors – black and white.

According to Christian Times, the rumored tablet will come in two variations – an 8-inch model and a 9.7-inch device. According to the report, the device has already made it on the TENNA website. Apparently, the 8-inch model will get an AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels. The specs under the hood will be headed by a Snapdragon 652 processor from Qualcomm, which will be clocked at 1.8 GHz. The previous iteration of the series came with an Exynos 5433 CPU with a clock speed of 1.9 GHz.

The Qualcomm processor will be paired with 3 GB RAM. The device will also be available in two storage variations – the 32 GB and 64 GB onboard storage capacities.

Other features include a 4,000 mAh battery pack, an 8 MP primary camera, along with its 2 MP selfie shooter. According to reports, the device will come with a pre-installed Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

In a report by Inquisitr, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 AT&T variant may arrive with LTE compatibility. However, this has yet to be confirmed by both Samsung and the American leading carrier.

Meanwhile, many fans believe that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will have a price similar to its predecessor.
