New revelations about the assassination will be revealed on the upcoming episode of ABC's gripping political drama "Scandal" season 6.

Titled "They All Bow Down," this week's hour will see Olivia (Kerry Washington) make a tough call. According to the official synopsis, Jake (Scott Foley) and Vanessa's (Jessalyn Gilsig) complicated relationship turns into a threat to the campaign. To handle the situation, Olivia is forced to take action and intervene. Meanwhile, a game-changing revelation about the conspiracy surrounding Francisco Vargas' assassination surfaces.

ABC has released a promo for the episode, and it opens with Olivia having a conversation with Jake and Vanessa. "You're glamorous, the perfect couple. That's political money," Olivia tells the pair. The next scene cuts to a confrontation between Olivia and Vanessa, with the latter calling the former derogatory names. "Keep talking," Olivia warns Jake's wife while pinning her to the wall.

Last week's hour saw Cyrus (Jeff Perry) go to hell and back in a dream sequence. It was confirmed that he was actually innocent. He didn't pull the trigger, and he wasn't the one who ordered Tom to assassinate Frankie. However, it doesn't mean that he's already out of the woods.

Perry recently caught up with TV Line, and he revealed what's up ahead for his character. He mentioned that aside from being the president, Cyrus still wants to be back with Michael. "I would think he'd try to resurrect the marriage with Michael," the actor shared. "As much of a crazy monster as Cyrus is, there's love there," he went on to say.

Unfortunately, the same might apply to their adopted daughter. "The audience always asks where Ella is — I don't even think Cyrus knows Ella's name," Perry added. "I believe that Cyrus is thinking, 'Thank God someone like Michael is around with actual parenting instincts,'" he continued.

The sixth season of "Scandal" airs every Thursday night at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
