'Suits' season 6B spoilers: Mike, Rachel mull about their respective big career choices in a brand-new teaser

Jessica may be gone, but it seems that the people left in the former Pearson Specter Litt firm will be onto to a lot of other things except for wallowing in their sorrows in brand-new "Suits."

In a newly released promo clip, exclusive to Access Hollywood, for the show's upcoming comeback later this month, the gang is back minding their own business. For Mike, who is just getting the hang of coming back out since his prison stint, he seems to be motivated to "start all over again." It can be remembered that the quasi-lawyer has a pending job offer from Harvey as a consultant for the firm. And now that the company has just lost one of its pillars, it is no secret that they will be needing as much help as possible if they want to continue to rebuild the firm. 

Rachel, meanwhile, has her own job order to ponder on, but her situation is quite more complex than that of his fiancé. The paralegal continues to mull over her dad's invitation to transfer to his firm and leave Specter Litt. Series creator Aaron Korsh previously talked about the upcoming big decision for the future lawyer laying the grounds for what could be a drastic change for her story moving forward.

"Her father is going to say, 'Listen, it was one thing when Jessica was there. She's not there, and I'm not sure that firm is going to survive without her. Come work for me,'" the EP told TVLine. "In his mind, and potentially in the real world, [Rachel] might have a better chance of getting into the bar if she left the firm that hired a fraud and moved on," he continued. "So that's part of his sales pitch."

The teaser also previews what lies ahead for the dynamics between Harvey and Louis if there will be any change in their love-and-hate relationship. Now that they equally share the reigns in the firm, their collaboration is very pivotal if they endeavor to keep the company that Jessica worked so hard to build.

"Suits" season 6 premieres new episodes starting Jan. 25 and will continue to air every Wednesday moving forward, 10 p.m. ET, on USA Network.
