'Supernatural' season 12 episode 12 spoilers: Will Castiel die? Crowley and Rowena to spend family time

Mary (Samantha Smith) might put everyone in a dangerous situation, even to the point where she will place Castiel's (Misha Collins) life in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Rowena (Ruth Connell) and Crowley (Mark A. Sheppard) will have more family time in episodes to come.

On the 12th episode of "Supernatural" season 12 titled, "Stuck in the Middle With You," Mary brings in his boys and their guardian angel on a case that she's working on. However, she keeps certain information from them, which will put everyone in grave danger, most especially Castiel.

The synopsis for the episode reads, "Mary asks Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Castiel for help on a case she's working but neglects to mention the British Men of Letters are involved. When Mary is double crossed, everything is revealed."

It seems that the British Men of Letters will be the cause of trouble for the Winchesters and Castiel, who might be saying goodbye soon. As seen in the episode 12 promo, Castiel tells Sam and Dean, "Please, don't make my last moments spent watching you die. Just run."

Meanwhile, Rowena and Crowley will have some family time on the following episode titled "Family Feud." The episode will see Sam and Dean asking for the witch's help to locate Crowley's long lost son.

According to Connel, the episode will have a big impact on Rowena and her relationship with Crowley.

In an interview with Mashable, Connel said, "That's when Rowena gets to meet her grandson Gavin (Theo Devaney). That episode is really strong for Rowena as well. As I was reading it, I was like, 'Oh really? Wow, okay.' [Laughs.] I think the fans are going to be thrown for a wild ride."

Connel also shared that Rowena and Crowley always had a give and take relationship. Since Rowena will be the one to look for Crowley's son, it can be expected that the witch will ask for something in return.
