'Supernatural' season 12 news, episode 14 spoilers: The British Men of Letters aim to exterminate all vampires
The British Men of Letters will be targeting all vampires to free the world from the blood-sucking monsters. Meanwhile, Mary (Samantha Smith) will encourage Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) to join the British Men of Letters.
On the next episode of "Supernatural" season 12, titled "The Raid," the Winchesters will be working together with the British Men of Letters in freeing the world of blood-sucking immortals.
As seen from the episode 14 promo, Mr. Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) and the rest of the British Men of Letters have begun the vampire extermination. But their mission will be met with a great threat when the father of all vampires joins in the slaughter.
"A chance to take out a nest of vampires backfires when the alpha-vamp shows up and turns the tables on Mary and The British Men of Letters, who are doing their best to recruit Sam and Dean," a listing from The Futon Critic reads.
Meanwhile, Mary was also seen in the promo trying to convince her two boys to join her in teaming up with the British Men of Letters. "What the British Men of Letters are doing, it's a better way," Mary tells them.
Sam and Dean trust their mother, but will they trust the British Men of Letters because she joined their cause?
In a previous interview with TVLine, Ackles shared that Sam and Dean being recruited by the British Men of Letters will be explored in the second half of season 12. Disagreements in their methods of hunting will be discussed, but it appears that Sam and Dean will prove Mary wrong when she said that the said organization is doing it better.
"I think we'll find out in the future that maybe their methods aren't the best way," Ackles revealed. It's safe to say that Sam and Dean won't be joining the British Men of Letters just yet.
"Supernatural" season 12 airs every Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
