All wealthy car enthusiasts and drag racers are currently admiring the all-new Tesla Model P100D due to its feature of accelerating from 0 to 60 in just 2.5 seconds. With a price tag of $134,000, it seems like the company will reach its goal of selling the model to finance Tesla Model 3.

According to the review by Engadget, Tesla Model P100D has the ability to create a thrill, especially when it goes overly fast for a quick period of time. Then again, this is not the only commendable feature of the vehicle as it also has luxurious amenities made for the rich, which can also be seen in German sedans.

Tesla Model P100D has a roomy interior and an innovative semiautonomous and EV technology that allows the car to perform impressively whenever it runs on the freeway or even on the surface streets.

However, when driving on the highway, the Tesla Model P100D makes use of its Autopilot feature to reduce the chances of an accident. This technology has already been installed in the current models of Tesla, but the P100D can control the drivers to the declared speed requirement if on undivided roadways. Therefore, if the vehicle is running on a four-lane road with no media, the Autopilot activates to limit the car speed.

This particular feature has got the interest of car enthusiasts as the company has considered the safety of the drivers.

Aside from the improved Autopilot, other specs are similar to the Tesla Model X. These include a gigantic 17-inch touchscreen control that can manage the vehicle's music, climate and others.

In an article by Auto Evolution, Tesla Model P100D has just achieved being a hit drag racer. However, it still has to compete with Chevrolet LUV truck, which was also applied with certain modifications to give the vehicle a tight race.

It could be remembered that Tesla Model P100D entered a drag race competition, where 14 participants contributed $200 to bag home a $2,800 prize. Chevrolet LUV is one of the vehicles that are seen to have a chance of beating P100D.
