The fourth season of "The Originals" will air in three months' time and fans have been wondering if Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) are ever going to get back together. In an interview with TVLine, executive producer Michael Narducci revealed that their relationship is definitely going to improve in the upcoming season. However, the two aren't going to be linked romantically.

"They trust and each other and will do whatever it takes to protect their kid, and I think you'll start to see a lot more of that. They're not lovers, but they're parents of this girl, and they have to be in concert if they're going to do everything they need to do to raise her and protect her," he said.

Well, it goes without saying that their relationship should improve. After all, Klaus did offer Hayley a heartfelt apology for everything he has done to her before he left to stand trial for his crimes. While he carries out his sentence with Papa Tunde's (Owiso Odera) blade buried deep in his chest, he also asked Hayley to take care of their daughter, Hope (Summer Fontana). Aside from that, she was also tasked with finding the cure for the Mikaelsons. Well, it's safe to say that Klaus trusts Hayley with his life.

Reports suggest Hope is going to make a deal with a werewolf named Keelin (Christina Moses) in order to find a way to cure the Mikaelsons from Marcel's (Charles Michael Davis) bite. Can Hope save her father and the Mikaelsons?

Meanwhile, TVLine has reported that Alaric (Matt Davis) is coming to New Orleans in "The Originals" season 4, and he will appear in the eighth episode of the season. The character will show up to deliver a priceless artifact to Elijah (Daniel Gillies). It is rumored that Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley) may also appear this season.

"The Originals" season 4 is scheduled to premiere on Friday, March 17, at 8 p.m. ET on the CW.
