'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' season 9 news: Kandi's cheating accusations against Phaedra to cause more conflict
Kandi Burruss and Phaedra Parks made it clear that they have no intention of being friends again, but their animosity with each other will reach a greater height in the next episode of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 9.
In the previous episode, the former friends met up for dinner to talk about their issues. But their meal was very awkward to begin with. They even did not utter a single word to each other at the start, until Kandi broke the ice with a laugh before asking Phaedra why they had to talk.
But instead of fixing their problems, Kandi further ignited the flame when she accused Phaedra of having an affair even before her ex-husband Apollo Nida went to jail.
When Phaedra claimed that she was disappointed when her former friend did not support her enough when she was going through a rough patch during her divorce, Kandi snapped and revealed that she did not feel the need to because Phaedra is already moving on with other men. "You was already talking to other people before your husband even went to jail. When we would talk, you'd be like you was already ready to marry somebody else by the new year. So it really was a stress off your back at the time. That's the way you was puttin' it to me," Kandi said in episode 7.
But based on the trailer for the upcoming episode, it seems like Kandi's accusations will cause further trouble within the women. Fans should expect to see the other ladies get affected with the news.
Another sneak peek also revealed that Cynthia Bailey's daughter Noelle will have a heart-to-heart talk with her stepdad Peter Thomas.
It seems like Noelle was deeply affected by the separation of her mom and Peter, which is why she was taking her frustrations on social media. But Thomas seems to have assured Noelle that he will still be there for her no matter what.
Bravo will air the next episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 9 on Sunday, January 1, 2017.
