"The Walking Dead" season 7 midseason comeback is scheduled to hit the TV screen in February. Avid viewers are anticipating the fate of the other characters who somehow managed to survive the world of zombies, aside from the threat brought about by Negan.

Comic Book wrote that there are some major plots that should be expected in the upcoming "The Walking Dead" season 7, including the encounter of Ezekiel and Rick. Fans have been expecting that somehow, the two leaders will eventually meet.

Both Ezekiel and Rick have a similar mission of keeping their people safe, though they have come from entirely different backgrounds. Their anticipated meeting may result in the Alexandrians merging with those from The Kingdom. Adding to those from The Hilltop as their ally, the grand merge will surely win against Negan, who has the Saviors in his team.

However, if the TV show follows the pattern of what has transpired in the comic book series, Negan may found himself in trouble as the Saviors may not be there to save his back. Readers of the comic book series know that one of Negan's most trusted men will go against him.

"The Walking Dead" comic book series featured Daryl Dixon, revealing substantial information about Negan to Rick's group. This has helped the group in their quest to defeat the Saviors.

The seventh season may also possibly show Sasha and her demise. She is said to take the role of Holly, the counterpart character of the comic book series, who sacrificed her life in the hope of defeating Negan and his group.

Furthermore, Sonequa Martin-Green, who takes the role of Sasha, has just accepted a major role in the "Star Trek" TV show, indicating that she may bid farewell before the current season ends.

As for Negan, he may eventually decide on how to get away from the strong force of Rick's group, which may merge with the mentioned groups.
