This week on "The Young and the Restless" there is going to be love and tension in the air as Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sage (Kelly Sullivan) give in to their feelings and sleep together. But they will also get caught in bed and this is bound to create tension when the soap airs each weekday at 12:30 p.m on CBS.

The budding romance between Nick and Sage is set to take the center stage this week when the soap saga unfolds. Spoilers for the week have pointed towards Sage coming to the conclusion that Nick really appreciates her. This could mean that she is very close to dissolving her fake marriage/partnership with Gabriel/Adam (Justin Hartley), something which she has already threatened to do in the past.

There will be tension as Sage and Nick take their relationship to the next level and Sharon (Sharon Case) will find them in bed together. This event could happen later in the week and soon after that Nick's decision to sleep with Sage will end up creating problems for him. Whether or not their relationship ends in an unmitigated disaster before it gets off the ground will be seen next week.

Adam will be left reeling after Sage sleeps with Nick this week and Celebrity Dirty Laundry states that soon afterwards she will want out of the partnership. How Sage gets out of their deal could involve her exposing his true identity, but before she does this Adam will keep building his relationship with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan).

This week's synopsis points towards Adam/Gabriel and Chelsea going on a road trip which will lead to their relationship changing and becoming stronger. With Sage about to dissolve her partnership and marriage with Adam it could mean that even if he does manage to win Chelsea's affections he could lose it fast once his identity is revealed.

As for the rest of the cast Leslie (Angell Conwell) will come to Neil's (Kristoff St. John) aid, while Ashley will start doubting the connection between Billy (Burgess Jenkins) and Victoria's (Amelia Heinle). The end of the week will also see Avery (Jessica Collins) making an important discovery about Adam/Gabriel and a major fight happening.
