"Yakuza Kiwami" is the remake of the game and was made available for PlayStation 4 (PS4). The remake was launched in Japan this year and has immediately gathered praises from the local players.
"Yakuza 6," on the other hand, was released for PS4 on Dec. 8 in Japan. One of the most talked-about characters is Takeshi Kitano, a well-known local comedian and TV host, but is also recognized abroad for his film work. The coming of "Yakuza 6" in the west is believed to be a sensational endeavor with the presence of the Japanese icon.

The "Yakuza" franchise was able to gather a good amount of local players, which is why those from other countries have been wondering if it will be available in their territories soon. The publication noted that Sega did a great job to take the local game on a global scale.
